Purpose of This Page

In compliance with the EU AI Act and our commitment to transparency, this page explains how ParseFlow uses artificial intelligence in its products and services.

How We Use AI

ParseFlow uses optical character recognition (OCR) and pattern matching algorithms to extract structured data from documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts. These extraction processes use rule-based templates and deterministic parsing logic.

We do not use AI to make automated decisions about our users, their accounts, or their access to services. Document extraction results are generated by parsing algorithms, not generative AI models.

Automated Decision-Making

ParseFlow does not employ AI-based automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on users. Our document extraction outputs are data conversion tools and do not make decisions on behalf of users.

Data Handling

Documents submitted for extraction are processed solely for the purpose of generating structured data output. We do not use submitted documents to train AI models. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in isolated environments, and automatically deleted after processing.

Your Rights

Under the EU AI Act and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how AI is used in services you interact with
• Request human review of any automated decision that affects you
• Object to automated profiling
• Receive a clear explanation of any AI-driven process
