Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParseFlow at https://parseflow.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ParseFlow provides a document extraction API that converts uploaded documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, IDs) into structured JSON data. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of specific accuracy levels.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
- Share API keys with unauthorized parties
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through circumvention
- Reverse engineer the extraction algorithms
- Use the service to process documents you do not have rights to
5. Pricing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 50 documents have been processed.
6. API Usage and Rate Limits
Each plan has specific document quotas and rate limits. Exceeding limits will result in 429 HTTP responses. Unused documents do not roll over between billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your documents and extracted data. We claim no ownership of your content. ParseFlow and its technology remain our intellectual property.
8. Data Processing
Documents are processed in memory and not stored. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details on how we handle your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
ParseFlow is provided “as is”. We are not liable for extraction errors, data loss, or business decisions made based on extraction results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
